story

In 2007, far from a large-scale brewery, the dream of building our own brewery from the ground up began at home. After two years of learning, trial and error, and dedication, the first Dörcher pilsener was served in October 2009.

That’s how Dörcher was born—a Peruvian craft beer shaped by passion, patience, and respect for the brewing process. In Pozuzo, in Peru’s central jungle, we continue a brewing tradition inspired by Austro-German heritage, nature, and craftmanship.
